Doin pretty good here DS. Feeling fat n' happy right now. I had baked salmon with a spice rub, whole grain rice with a touch of garlic and lemon, and snow pea pods for dinner.

Well, froze my butt off today, but it was a good ride. just listening to the Patriots-Jets game. It's only 1/2 way through the 2nd quarter, and it's 21-0 Pats! and now the Pats have the ball again on the Jets 16 and 1st down! I almost feel pity for the Jets...

For the first time in a long time, I'm not feeling tired...which is quite odd considering how I didn't get any sleep yesterday night.

Not tired is a good sign. Maybe you've finally gotten the rest that you need.

As I stated before...I didn't get any sleep so it doesn't make sense for me to not feel tired...perhaps you may be right about one thing, this is a good sign but the more important thing is how I will be feeling tomorrow.

Holy h***! It's COLD out! I decided I was gonna ride to the UBM meeting tonight. Freaking cold ride. Had some black ice on the road in a spot where there was none earlier today. Fortunately, it was a well lit intersection and I was able to see it to avoid it.
