Just spamming in another forum while waiting for this one to get someone online, went to Dunkin Donuts and McDonalds, ect... basically nothing constructive

I haven't eaten any bread, meat or anything other than fruit from yesterday...today is the last day I'm doing this since I'm done with my detox drink lol

detox drink??? why would you need to detox?

never done it and want to see if there are any benefits to it...it's an all-natural drink so it's not bad...I do have to limit myself to just simple grains, fruits and vegetables to get the best results.

I kinda like my complex carbs... protiens too are nice, such as chicken or fish

I like food in general ^^
I can however discipline myself when it comes to eating though...I can avoid certain kinds of foods if I need to do it and I have done it in the past...I did weigh at one time 135lb and I'm around 6'0 tall lol

O_O That sounds DANGEROUSLY thin! I'm at 145lbs right now, and I'm 5'4". I used to be 165 at my biggest, but I haven't worked out like I used to in a long while. I think I need to start back up. I just do not like going to the gym. I need a bowflex.

I don't weigh that much anymore, I'm around 160 now. Speaking of bowflex, I have one at home, since I don't have a gym near my neighborhood lol

How well does it work compared to free weights?

I have the 'revolution' so it's a bit different than the regular bowflex. The weights feel more heavier than compared to free weights.

Well, I must get myself one, as long as I can find room for it lol

If you don't have enough room, get the 'XP' edition, since it's more compact

Lol, almost sounded like you was referring to an OpSys and not a Bowflex...

Anyway, the XP is cheaper than the regular edition and there are 2 versions for it, bowflex and revolution XP, both are designed for people who do not have a lot of space in their home.
Btw, I am typing on my new keyboard, so far so good! ^^

I don't play any instruments...not anymore. I used to play the piano, but that was because I was forced to play by my mom years ago.
