Yeah... it sucks too because it's getting to cold to ride at night, and sleeping all day cuts severely into my riding time

I have tried those before, and they make me totally non-functional and feeling crappy the next day. That and I REALLY do not like pills anymore. I've been off drugs since March, and I don't want to take any chances...

Hmm...have you tried all-natural supplements? Anyway, I think you should try to get yourself tired throughout the day in order to sleep on time. Exercising during the day and reading a book before you sleep are the best ways to get a goodnight sleep

I was doin both, and it took untill almost 5AM my time to be able to fall asleep. Believe me, riding a motorcycle over 200 miles is a good workout...

I have no clue as to how I will make it through winter with my insanity intact... <_<

Hmm...I think your health is more important than riding itself ^^
I'd say cut down to 175 miles, then down to 150 the next and then 125 and all the way down to 100 which should off-set your body quite a bit so that you should be able to relax more easily. Oh I'm sure you will make it through the winter while keeping your sanity ^^

I would literally go stir-crazy without being able to ride... and (I'm guessing that your not a hardcore motorcyclist so you could not understand, no offense) cutting back like that is not an option. Riding is therapy for me. Even the Dr. sees a change for the better when I ride. Plus, my bike is my only transportation at the moment, while my car is going into the shop to get it's brakes fixed

you are right on that, I am not a hardcore motorcyclist (I don't think Hikari would approve of me riding a motorcycle) :P I still think your sleep can benefit from cutting down on riding. Regarding your car, that can't be helped. Btw, if you don't mind me asking, is riding the motorcycle a stress reliever, for your own enjoyment or both?

Anyway, with that said, I am off! Done with work...woo-hoo! ^^

It's both for stress relief and my enjoyment. I can be having the worst day, I get on my bike and ride, and within a minute, I'm doin a lot better.

Anime same with my and my new Yaris it helps a lot when you drive around to fill your mind with peace ;) only those who have done this and really enjoy it know what we mean ^_^.

I here you Hereiyu. Have you ever ridden a motorcycle? If not, you should learn. Once you start, you cannot stop. (sort of like pringles)

ha ha ha ha I have although I did not enjoy it too much :P I sped up to 140mph and that was enough to make my body shake in a bad way xD I will stick with my four wheels and ride side ways ;)
